Permanent | 35 Hours Per Week

Hybrid Working and Flexi-Time: typically office-based Tuesday to Thursday, with home working Monday and Friday, subject to business needs.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Officer to join our Finance and Corporate Services team.

 About the Role

The Finance Officer will support plays a key role in supporting the financial management and long-term sustainability of Rural Stirling Housing Association by delivering a broad range of finance activities accurately, and ensuring services are provided efficiently, effectively and in line with agreed performance standards. The role requires good judgement, confidentiality, strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent service and proactive approach, with responsibility for maintaining high levels of accuracy, integrity and continuous improvement while providing high-quality support to colleagues, customers and stakeholders. Working both independently and collaboratively, the ideal Finance Officer will contribute to effective decision-making, problem-solving and organisational performance through strong analytical, communication and organisational skills, while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.

The successful candidate will demonstrate financial accuracy, sound judgement, effective communication skills, and a collaborative approach to working within a small team.
