Annual Assurance Statements

All Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) must submit an Annual Assurance Statement to the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) by the end of October each year.  This provides assurance that we are complying with the relevant requirements of the SHR’s Regulatory Framework, along with all regulatory requirements that apply to social landlords and the Standards of Governance and Financial Management that apply to RSLs.  Details of our current statement and those of previous years can be viewed here.
