Monday: 0900 - 1700
Tuesday: 0900 - 1700
Wednesday: 1300 - 1700
Thursday: 0900 - 1700
Friday: 0900 - 1600

Hybrid working: The office is closed to the public on Mondays, Wednesday mornings (for staff training) and Fridays.

Public and fixed holidays:  24 December to 2 January 2026 inclusive.
