Scottish Housing Regulator
The Scottish Housing Regultor is an independent regulator of social landlords and local and local authority housing services in Scotland. Its role is to protect the interests of tenants, people who are homeless, and others who use social landlord services. The Regulator monitors, assesses and reports on how well landlords perform against the standards and outcomes set out in the Scottish Social Housing Charter and the Regulatory Framework.
The Regulator helps ensure that social landlords deliver good-quality homes and services, provide value for money and are accountable to our customers.
