Tenants Forum Meeting

Saturday 3rd November (10am - 12pm)

The next Tenant's Forum meeting will be on Saturday 3rd November from 10am until 12pm at our offices in Doune.  This is your chance to tell us about the things that are important to you.

This time, we will be talking about:

  • Life Cycle Costings.  We'll discuss how often you think we should renew the kitchens, bathrooms, heating systems, windows and doors in your homes.  We would also like to hear your thoughts on how upgrading these components affects the rent that we charge.

  • Allocations Policy.  We want to hear your views on the way we allocate our properties to new tenants and what circumstances we should give the most priority to.  We are just beginning the process of rewriting our Allocations Policy, and your feedback at this stage would be really helpful.  You can view our current Policy here.
