Annual Assurance Statement
All Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) must submit an Annual Assurance Statement by the end of October each year to the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR). This provides assurance that we are complying with the relevant requirements of the SHR’s Regulatory Framework. This includes regulatory requirements that apply to all social landlords and the Standards of Governance and Financial Management that apply to RSLs.
